Extra coverage for your peace of mind. Every mattress comes with 10 years of coverage against manufacturing defects. BoringCare™ extends that coverage to non-visible loss of support during your first 3 years of ownership.

Why It's a No-Brainer

  • Lasting Comfort: Get a free replacement if your bed feels like it's sinking beyond normal break-in, getting too soft or not holding you up the same within the first 3 years of ownership.

  • No Gotchas: No inspector visits, no awkward forms. Just tell us what’s happening, and we'll handle the rest. We'll ask for a photo of someone laying on the mattress. Beyond that, we'll trust your word.

  • Peace of Mind: Sleep confidently knowing you've got backup, right when mattresses usually show early wear. Nobody else offers this!

Bottom line? We want you to sleep great, and we're so confident in our product that we'll go above and beyond the norm. BoringCare™ is proof of that.

FAQ

Got questions? We're happy to help!

Do other mattress companies offer this level of protection?

Nope! We're the only company so confident in our product that we’ll go above and beyond the norm. BoringCare™ is proof of that.

Does this mean your bed only lasts 3 years?

Absolutely not. Your mattress should remain comfortable for at least 7-10 years. Those first few years are just when small dips or soft spots can pop up and ruin your sleep, but won’t meet typical "defect" criteria. BoringCare™ covers exactly that.

How am I protected after 3 years?

You're covered from defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty. If your mattress ever stops feeling right, you can replace it at 25% off the then-current price, any time during the rest of that 10-year period.

How do I make a claim?

It's hassle-free! Just send an email at hello@boring.co with

  • A brief written description (and photo if possible) of the problem;
  • Proof of the original date of purchase (such as your order number or an original dated sales receipt)
